Job Requirements

  • Education background in hospitality management or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality, recreation, or a related industry
  • proven track record in leading diverse teams and driving operational success
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • availability to live onsite at the park
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • commitment to upholding safety and compliance protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management or general management experience in hospitality, recreation, parks, lodging, resort, marina, campground, or related industries
