Job Requirements
- Education background in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality, recreation, or a related industry
- proven track record in leading diverse teams and driving operational success
- strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- availability to live onsite at the park
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- commitment to upholding safety and compliance protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous management or general management experience in hospitality, recreation, parks, lodging, resort, marina, campground, or related industries
