Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
  • must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards
  • minimum 2 years of experience managing a high performing store, location, or company
  • experience in hiring the right team members
  • experience in training and mentoring team members
  • experience managing cost, expenses, and scheduling
  • ability to maintain product and location standards consistently
  • responsible and familiar with profit and loss statements
  • retail experience preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on cash register or related equipment
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • must have a current valid driver’s license and meet company driver eligibility criteria
  • clean driving record without major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within last 3-5 years
  • driver’s license must not be suspended or expired

Job Duties

  • provide customers with a positive experience worth talking about
  • ensure compliance with policies and procedures through meetings and training
  • handle discipline and termination of team members as needed
  • train and develop team members in service, cashiering, and safety
  • oversee productivity, breaks, and scheduling of team members
  • monitor and contribute to location financial performance
  • prepare and handle daily cash deposits
  • order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory
  • manage vehicle damage claims promptly
  • ensure location cleanliness and maintenance
  • assist customers in product location and complaints
  • properly use membership approach with new customers
  • perform other duties as assigned
