The company is currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Store Leader (General Manager) to take on a leadership role at one of its car wash locations. This full-time leadership position offers the challenge and autonomy of managing an entire store, including full profit and loss responsibility. The Store Leader will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a diverse team while creating a positive and motivating environment to help each team member achieve their personal and professional goals. This person will be very hands-on, spending time on-site greeting customers, leading by example, and ensuring the car wash operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, the Store Leader will uphold the company's customer service standards by fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel appreciated and valued. They will lead efforts to increase top-line revenue and membership sales by consistently delivering an outstanding car wash experience. The Store Leader will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, collaborating with maintenance experts to ensure the equipment is functioning optimally, and managing inventory and merchandise. Beyond operational duties, this leader will coach, mentor, and inspire team members, contributing to a positive work culture and driving business success. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a high performing store, location or company
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work various hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record with no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents in the last 3-5 years
  • Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Must maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards
  • Willingness to work in an outdoor, loud environment
  • Experience with profit and loss statements
  • Experience in retail preferred
  • Ability to handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy

  • 2 years or more being responsible for the results of a high performing store, location, or company

  • Ensure product and location represent company standards on site at all times (brand, cleanliness, product quality)
  • Responsible and familiar with profit and loss statements
  • Retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods and work on cash register or related equipment
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must have a current driver's license and meet company driver eligibility criteria

  • Trains and develops team members in all aspects of the Quick Quack Car Wash business, such as service, cashiering, and safety
  • Oversees the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all team members
  • Monitors the performance of location financials and contributes towards reaching financial goals
  • Prepares and handles daily cash deposits
  • Orders, stocks, and maintains merchandise and inventory for the location
  • Handles vehicle damage claims with a sense of urgency
  • Ensures location is clean and well maintained, performs and/or delegates general housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities as needed
  • Assists customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information, directs customers to other departments as necessary
  • Properly uses membership approach when interacting with new customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned
