Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in hospitality leadership roles
  • Experience in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or upscale cocktail venues
  • Proven ability in managing P&L and operational budgets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to relocate to the Southeast U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality leadership experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
  • Proven track record managing cocktail-driven or experiential venues
  • Strong financial and operational skills
  • Experience leading teams of 30 or more members
  • Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to maintain visible and engaging floor presence
  • Knowledge of high-touch, member-style service cultures

Job Duties

  • Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
  • Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
  • Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
  • Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
  • Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
  • Balance guest experience with financial results
  • Support programming, events, and seasonal activations
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
  • Coach and mentor team members in real time
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
