Job Description

Our client is a prestigious luxury hospitality group renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences within upscale environments across the Southeast U.S. This group is recognized for its commitment to personalized service and refined hospitality, making every guest feel like a valued member rather than just a visitor. Their portfolio includes exclusive private clubs, boutique luxury hotels, and sophisticated cocktail-driven venues that combine ambiance with outstanding service quality. The organization fosters a culture of excellence, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, ensuring that each establishment upholds the highest standards in operations and guest relations.

We are currently partnering with this distinguished hospitality group to identify a General Manager for an exclusive, high-touch cocktail-driven concept nestled within an upscale hotel. This role stands apart from traditional restaurant management positions; it is crafted for a visionary leader who prioritizes crafting an unforgettable guest experience over mere operational oversight. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to cultivate a welcoming and engaging atmosphere where members and guests feel a strong sense of belonging and loyalty. This position suits a leader who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, where consistent personalization and active presence are paramount.

The General Manager will be entrusted with full responsibility over the day-to-day operations of this intimate, cocktail-forward venue. They will oversee a team of approximately 30 skilled service professionals, guiding and mentoring them to achieve elevated hospitality standards that surpass transactional interactions. The role demands a hands-on operator who maintains visibility during service hours to ensure seamless execution and genuinely connects with patrons on a personal level.

In addition to leadership duties, the General Manager will be accountable for driving financial performance by managing the Profit and Loss statement, labor, scheduling, and cost controls effectively. This balance of delivering superior guest experiences while achieving operational efficiency is crucial. The candidate will also champion event programming and seasonal activations that enhance the venue's appeal and encourage repeat visitation.

This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including a $90,000 base salary supplemented by a 10% annual bonus and a full benefits package. Growth and advancement within this luxury hospitality group are actively encouraged, providing an excellent pathway for career development.

Candidates must bring a hospitality-first mindset with a polished yet approachable demeanor and strong emotional intelligence. The role requires someone with a background in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or cocktail-focused experiential environments and proven financial and operational acumen. Leaders who prefer a hands-off, office-based approach or those with rigid or corporate management styles will not align well with this company's values.

Overall, this is an exceptional prospect for an accomplished hospitality leader interested in moving to or within the Southeast U.S., who seeks to make a meaningful impact by elevating guest experiences in a refined, member-style setting. The role emphasizes meaningful relationships, team development, and operational excellence within a luxury hospitality context.
