Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in hospitality leadership roles
- Experience in luxury hotel outlets, private clubs, or upscale cocktail venues
- Proven ability in managing P&L and operational budgets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Willingness to relocate to the Southeast U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality leadership experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments
- Proven track record managing cocktail-driven or experiential venues
- Strong financial and operational skills
- Experience leading teams of 30 or more members
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to maintain visible and engaging floor presence
- Knowledge of high-touch, member-style service cultures
Job Duties
- Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
- Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
- Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
- Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
- Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
- Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
- Balance guest experience with financial results
- Support programming, events, and seasonal activations
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
- Coach and mentor team members in real time
- Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
