Job Description
We are partnering with a luxury hospitality group to identify a General Manager for a private, high-touch cocktail-driven concept within an upscale hotel environment. This luxury hospitality group is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences in upscale settings where personalized service and attention to detail set them apart. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- experience managing high-touch, cocktail-forward operations
- strong financial acumen including P&L management
- ability to work hands-on and maintain high service standards
- proven track record of team development and leadership
- willingness to relocate to Southeast U.S.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain operational and financial discipline

- proven ability to build meaningful guest relationships
- experience leading a team of 30 or more

- background in structured service cultures such as boutique luxury or Forbes-level organizations
Job Duties
- Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
- build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
- maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
- elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
- oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
- lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
- maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
- manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
- balance guest experience with financial results
- support programming, events, and seasonal activations
- recruit, train, and develop a strong service-driven culture
- coach and mentor team members in real time
- set clear expectations and maintain accountability
