Job Requirements
- No formal education level required
- 3+ years of relevant food service, hospitality or retail experience
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more people
- Ability to train, develop and support staff effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory and facilities management
- Hire, train and develop a high-performing team of shift coordinators and scoopers
- Set clear expectations and coach the team with generosity and consistency
- Deliver hospitality rooted in curiosity and care, enhancing guest experiences
- Use data and insights to drive sales, labor and guest satisfaction
- Navigate challenges and celebrate wins while supporting team growth
- Strengthen community relationships and represent the company positively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance shop success and sustainability
