Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in management positions within the hospitality industry
- Held senior leadership role such as Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager for at least two years
- Strong financial acumen and administrative skills
- Ability to lead and manage multiple departments effectively
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to physically perform job duties including movement across different environments more than 50% of the time
- Commitment to upholding company core values including respect teamwork passion ownership and innovation
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Must be willing to embrace change and foster an inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in various hospitality management positions including senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining superior hotel performance results
- Strong financial background and sound administrative and management skills
- Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred
- Passionate about hospitality with ability to connect with colleagues and guests
- Ability to inspire motivate and develop team focusing on learning giving and receiving feedback
- Hilton experience strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Own all areas of the operation including front office housekeeping engineering
- Lead through leadership team to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards
- Direct development and execution of annual strategic plan budget and operations plan
- Communicate direction and purpose of initiatives resulting in leader ownership and pride
- Achieve and maintain superior balanced scorecard results including revenue guest experience and colleague engagement
- Inspire and motivate leaders and colleagues to foster guest-focused results-oriented environment
- Deliver best-in-class guest service through training survey analysis feedback and incentive programs
- Actively seek information on market trends segment behavior to inform decisions
- Create and promote learning opportunities development plans for direct reports
- Champion employee engagement promote collaborative inclusive environment
- Collaborate with shared services partners to maximize performance and engage with initiatives
- Champion company values vision and culture
