Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management roles within the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years held a senior leadership position such as Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Strong financial background and administrative skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Willingness to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to move around different environments up to 50 percent of the time
- Commitment to equity diversity and inclusion
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in various management positions in hospitality industry
- At least 2 years in a senior leadership role such as Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager at a hotel
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining superior operational results with ability to articulate underlying strategies
- Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of hospitality industry with strong financial and administrative skills
- Well-developed management skills and demonstrated ability to lead effectively
- Passion for hospitality with natural ability to connect with colleagues and guests
- Ability to inspire motivate and develop teams while embracing feedback and learning
Job Duties
- Own all areas of the operation including front office housekeeping engineering
- Lead through your leadership team to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards maximizing guest satisfaction and maintaining colleague engagement
- Direct the development and execution of the annual strategic plan the annual budget and operations plan emphasizing balanced growth and consistent profitability
- Communicate the direction and purpose of all initiatives resulting in colleague and leader ownership pride and desired results
- Achieve and maintain superior balanced scorecard results revenue STR GOP guest experience colleague engagement asset maintenance with an unrelenting desire to exceed previous outcomes
- Inspire and motivate your leaders and colleagues to foster a guest-focused and results-oriented environment
- Deliver best-in-class guest service and satisfaction by executing against the Modus Ethos through training survey analysis feedback and incentive programs
- Actively seek out critical information on market trends segment behavior and other data to make informed decisions and remain ahead of the pack
- Create and promote learning opportunities and development plans for direct reports fostering a culture of development
- Champion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment where all employees are encouraged to speak up and their input is valued
- Collaborate with shared services partners marketing revenue management people and culture to maximize performance and engage with companywide initiatives
