Leadership and management development are also key components of the role. The General Manager provides direction, support, and evaluations for the management team, fostering professional growth and maintaining high operational standards.

The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with show managers, suppliers, vendors, and the general public to positively represent the venue and the company. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the concessions or food service industry who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and who embraces a team-oriented approach to leadership.
