Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership experience preferred
  • strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and P&L management
  • proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • strong customer service mindset with a hands-on leadership style
  • ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with scheduling, inventory management, and operational systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
  • schedule, direct, and develop management and hourly team members
  • maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • implement operational improvements that drive productivity and guest satisfaction
  • manage full P&L performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
  • prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial plans to achieve operational goals
