Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership experience preferred
- strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and P&L management
- proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- strong customer service mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- experience with scheduling, inventory management, and operational systems
Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- schedule, direct, and develop management and hourly team members
- maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- implement operational improvements that drive productivity and guest satisfaction
- manage full P&L performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
- prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial plans to achieve operational goals
