Job Requirements

  • Must have current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
  • at least 2 years leadership experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage financials
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails
  • strong English communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • preferred prior serving and cash handling experience
  • experience collaborating with culinary teams
  • culinary training or menu design experience

Job Qualifications

  • Must have current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
  • minimum 2 years leadership experience as a fine dining Restaurant Manager or General Manager preferably in a 4-star high volume restaurant
  • understanding of food and beverage financials including costs and par controls
  • strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail beverage creation
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • prior serving and cash handling experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • collaborative experience with culinary teams on food presentation, specials, and promotions
  • understanding of menu design and culinary training or experience

Job Duties

  • Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies
  • lead a team of associates to provide memorable experiences to members and guests
  • manage assigned shift including 19th hole and Pool cabana operations
  • monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being
  • maintain full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings
  • ensure completion of side work checklists for dining room staff
  • assist in overall management of the outlet
  • spot check liquor pars and order daily supplies
  • hold pre-shift meetings
  • follow up on established training steps
  • handle guest comments and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate with guests and receive feedback
  • stay on the floor during peak hours
  • observe, teach, and correct staff’s service professionally
  • examine food preparation and beverage presentation
  • manage scheduling, weekly payroll, and forecasting
  • participate in recruiting and interviewing new employees
  • prepare and follow up on maintenance requests
  • monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste
  • check bar controls including shot glass use and inventory
  • approve paid time off requests
  • conduct performance management including attendance monitoring, annual reviews, meetings, and disciplinary actions
  • maintain work email and responses
  • stay informed on resort property and events
  • conduct monthly departmental and OST meetings
  • maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards
  • participate in company-required training
  • champion and drive the All-In culture
