The role of the Restaurant General Manager at One Twenty Three Tavern is a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding the overall success of the restaurant. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including managing daily restaurant operations, overseeing staffing and scheduling, maintaining inventory control, and coordinating front- and back-of-house teams. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience with responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team development
  • demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams while developing future leaders
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • proven ability to analyze business performance, manage budgets, and make sound operational and financial decisions
  • experience leading through change, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement
  • exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
