Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma required
  • Two years of restaurant experience, with proven leadership skills on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Must pass a criminal background check, including MVR
  • Ability to pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam
  • Expected to work a 50-hour week with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of all roles within the restaurant
  • Be accountable for your restaurant's performance and make key decisions as needed
  • Maintain clear communication with restaurant staff and field leadership
  • Respect and appreciate your team members' contributions
  • Build a strong team through effective training and performance feedback
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Consistently achieve strong financial results
