Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant or retail management

- 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong focus on people management
- demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through P&L analysis
- proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms

- solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
- experience in recognizing and motivating teams and developing talent
- skilled in recruiting top talent and training employees
- flexible and experienced in managing and supporting change initiatives
- commitment to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards

Job Duties
- Recruit top talent and onboard new hires
- conduct engaging orientations to build a well-prepared team
- create comprehensive training plans and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers
- acknowledge and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- promptly address and resolve conflicts
- engage with customers directly and swiftly resolve any issues
- strategically schedule staff to optimize service delivery
- coach management on CHAMPS standards
- lead product rollout meetings
- analyze financial performance and manage the restaurant budget
- develop strategies to maximize profitability
- stay informed of competitors and strive to exceed their standards in digital engagement and loyalty programs
