The General Manager of Restaurant Operations at Taco Bell plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the restaurant and the entire team. Job Duties

  • Recruit top talent and onboard new hires
  • conduct engaging orientations to build a well-prepared team
  • create comprehensive training plans and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers
  • acknowledge and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
  • promptly address and resolve conflicts
  • engage with customers directly and swiftly resolve any issues
  • strategically schedule staff to optimize service delivery
  • coach management on CHAMPS standards
  • lead product rollout meetings
  • analyze financial performance and manage the restaurant budget
