The role of General Manager of Premium at Aramark will be based at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the premium dining operations across multiple units within the stadium. The General Manager of Premium will take charge of the premium services team, manage planning and execution of catering orders, and facilitate premium special events. The role demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial management, and team leadership to ensure that all premium services meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
The General Manager of Premium will be responsible for the full scope of premium operations, including booking events, supervising staff, developing menu options, costing, pricing, hiring, and administrative duties within the department. This leadership role involves managing budgets and financial goals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This position calls for strategic thinking to develop marketing plans, implement service standards, and introduce innovative dining solutions to support business growth and client retention.
Successful candidates will be adept at coordinating the preparation, service, and cleanup of multiple premium operations simultaneously. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 5-7+ years of food service management experience
- Availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read and implement contractual requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in budget creation and financial management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
Job Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of food service management experience working in premium services
- Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
- Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
Job Duties
- Coordinate total premium operations to include duties such as booking events, supervising teams, developing, selecting, and costing menus, pricing, hiring, and departmental administration
- Be responsible for all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple premium operations
- Develop and implement premium dining solutions to meet customers needs
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Develop and implement annual comprehensive marketing plan for premiums services, including but not limited to collateral, sales strategies, and marketing budgets
- Establish and implement service and presentation standards for all premium operations, implement processes to ensure compliance and consistency
- Implement new services to support base business growth and client retentions
