Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality
- manage staff scheduling to optimize labor costs and maintain adequate coverage
- control inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and support menu demands
- prepare and analyze profit and loss reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality and team efficiency
- coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
- support the introduction and integration of new restaurant concepts as the business expands
