Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality
  • manage staff scheduling to optimize labor costs and maintain adequate coverage
  • control inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and support menu demands
  • prepare and analyze profit and loss reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality and team efficiency
  • coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • support the introduction and integration of new restaurant concepts as the business expands
