Job Requirements
- Five or more years of people management experience
- Prior experience in the pet services industry preferred but not required
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- High integrity, trustworthy and dependable
- Ambitious and excited by the prospect of building a growing business

Job Duties
- Manage team of approximately 12 employees including full and part-time staff
- Provide upfront training and ongoing development for team members
- Oversee scheduling and labor cost management
- Ensure top-notch customer relations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain dog and employee safety standards
- Manage facility operations including supply purchasing and sanitary maintenance
- Organize community outreach and events
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on business planning and process improvements
