CoralTree Hospitality is a distinguished management company known for delivering exceptional luxury hotel experiences across various premier locations. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality, CoralTree strives to create unforgettable memories for guests through world-class service, attention to detail, and innovative operational strategies. The company emphasizes a strong culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality industry. CoralTree's dedication to nurturing vibrant communities and fostering strategic partnerships ensures its properties stand out as leaders in their respective markets.

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the CoralTree team as the General Manager at the Napa First Street Hotel, an upcoming luxury hotel set to open in Summer 2027 in downtown Napa, California. This flagship property will feature 239 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites, offering a sophisticated blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Napa First Street Hotel will boast celebrity chef restaurants, a full-service spa, and a rooftop bar, establishing itself as a premier destination that appeals to food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and boutique shoppers alike. Located in the heart of a vibrant and walkable neighborhood, the hotel offers guests easy access to tasting rooms, diverse architecture, art installations, and live music, creating a dynamic environment full of culture and entertainment.

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all facets of the hotel’s operations. Your responsibilities will encompass sales, marketing, engineering, human resources, and financial management, driving the property toward operational excellence and financial success. You will chair the executive committee, lead the implementation of bold marketing strategies, and ensure the hotel stands out in local, regional, and national markets by showcasing its unique offerings.

Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class guest experiences, nurturing an engaged and high-performing team, and fostering a guest-centric culture committed to luxury hospitality standards. As the face of the hotel in the community and the broader hospitality industry, you will create and strengthen strategic partnerships, representing CoralTree Hospitality and the Napa First Street Hotel with professionalism and authenticity.

This role requires a deep financial acumen to manage income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and internal controls, ensuring accurate reporting and transparency. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and stakeholders through rigorous adherence to health and safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in hotel operations leadership, preferably with a background in luxury hospitality and a strong affinity for wine country. Experience with Marriott brands and luxury hotel openings is highly desirable, along with a proven track record in managing luxury food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. Collaboration with partner restaurant groups is also essential to maximize dining experiences and operational effectiveness.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $250,000 to $275,000 per year, plus a 35% bonus potential. Located in the vibrant First Street area of downtown Napa, this opportunity not only offers a competitive compensation package but also a chance to lead a landmark property at the forefront of luxury hospitality. Join CoralTree Hospitality as we shape the future of travel and make memorable experiences possible every day.
