General Manager - Milpitas

We are currently seeking a proactive and passionate General Manager (GM) in a full-time leadership support role to join our team at the Milpitas location. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall operations of the venue, working closely with the existing General Manager to ensure exceptional execution across all departments including guest services, food and beverage, attractions, events, maintenance, and sales. As a vital link between frontline staff and upper management, the General Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining a strong team culture, and guaranteeing an excellent guest experience every day.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operational activities, enforcing safety and brand standards, overseeing staffing and payroll within budget constraints, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, and assisting with P&L tracking and inventory management. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide, train, and motivate staff, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment that supports retention and high-performance. Additionally, the General Manager will be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests, swiftly resolving any issues with professionalism and empathy, and continuously improving service based on feedback.

Sales and community engagement also form an important part of this role. The General Manager will support local marketing initiatives, help drive bookings for birthday parties and group events, identify opportunities to increase revenue during slower periods, and collaborate with the General Manager to analyze key performance indicators and implement improvements.
