Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the contract food service industry including concessions and retail in a sports venue
- bachelor's degree in business management or similar
- extensive sustainability experience
- excellent communication skills across organizational levels
- financial management and budget accountability experience

Job Duties
- Develop and manage all vendor relationships
- project manage as needed
- hire, train, and develop management team to provide an optimal experience for guests and team members
- determine and control staffing levels while maintaining guest service levels
- make operational recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
- maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment
- ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
- verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections
