Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the contract food service industry including concessions and retail in a sports venue
  • bachelor's degree in business management or similar
  • extensive sustainability experience
  • excellent communication skills across organizational levels
  • financial management and budget accountability experience

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage all vendor relationships
  • project manage as needed
  • hire, train, and develop management team to provide an optimal experience for guests and team members
  • determine and control staffing levels while maintaining guest service levels
  • make operational recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
  • maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment
  • ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
  • verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections
