This General Manager role is a full-time, in-store position located at 18579 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL. As a General Manager, you will lead a high-performing Pet Care Center focused on putting pets first, inspiring partners, delighting customers, and delivering strong business results. You will own the business, responsible for the people, performance, and process within the center while exemplifying outstanding leadership standards. Your everyday mission will involve building engaged teams, driving profitable growth, and ensuring the highest standards of animal care, safety, and customer experience.

This position demands hands-on involvement on the sales floor, engaging regularly with partners, customers, and pets. Physical requirements involve frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working closely with animals, which necessitates being comfortable with animals and exposure to related environments. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience (retail leadership preferred)

Job Qualifications

  • protect pets, partners, and merchandise through strong loss prevention and inventory controls
  • complete required administrative, payroll, and inventory tasks accurately and on time
