The Restaurant Manager role at Qdoba is a full-time position with an annual pay range of $56,650 to $64,375. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant, guiding the team to consistently deliver excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include making management decisions, coaching and developing employees, maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness, and achieving sales goals. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from inventory management to employee recruitment, training, and retention. You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while fostering a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
The ideal candidate for this position will bring at least five years of experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, with a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years quick service restaurant experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
- Must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
- If opting to deliver catering orders, have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track departure and delivery completion in accordance with company safety procedures
- Must comply with all company policies and legal regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance
- ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
- Focuses efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
- Responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
