This opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager position at Qdoba, offering an annual salary range of $56,650 to $64,375. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant. This role requires a leader with strong management skills who can balance daily operational tasks with the strategic goal of driving profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction. The manager will play a key role in cultivating a positive culture focused on people and guests, ensuring that every team member lives the brand values and that the restaurant consistently delivers outstanding service and food quality. Duties include managing food safety and cleanliness standards, training and developing employees, maintaining labor and food costs, and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws.
