The role of Restaurant Manager at Qdoba is pivotal to the success of the restaurant’s operations. This full-time position, with a pay range of $56,650 to $64,375 annually, involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily activities to ensure excellent guest service, high food quality, and adherence to brand standards and regulatory compliance. The manager will use discretion in daily operational decisions and set the example by living the brand values. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and develop the restaurant team by recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating employee performance to foster a motivated, skilled workforce that supports the company’s mission and goals. You will be responsible for maintaining fast and accurate service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure positive resolution, and driving catering sales to expand the restaurant’s business. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in quick service restaurant
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Have an operable personal cell phone if delivering catering orders

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance
  • ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
