The Restaurant General Manager role at QDOBA is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a restaurant location. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years leadership
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly on phone and in person
- Must be able to operate a computer, tablet, or desktop
- If delivering catering orders, must have operable personal cell phone and use it to track deliveries per company safety procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance
- ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
