As a Restaurant Manager at Qdoba, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of one of their restaurant locations. This position requires a high level of responsibility and discretion as it involves managing daily restaurant functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in creating a people-centric and guest-centered culture, consistently delivering outstanding service and excellent food quality. The Restaurant Manager acts as a brand ambassador who lives and promotes the Qdoba brand values while driving the restaurant's success. Core to this role is leading and developing employees, maximizing sales, managing operational costs such as food and labor, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment both for guests and staff. Your leadership will be crucial in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to maintain high standards and reduce turnover.

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
- ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, etc
- must have a valid driver's license
- have an operable personal cell phone if opting to deliver catering orders
- use personal cell phone to track departure and delivery of catering orders in accordance with safety procedures (no device usage while driving)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
- focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
- responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
