Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Support unit success by ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with company procedures, and maintaining high productivity while controlling costs
- Oversee daily operations to meet company standards and goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to develop team members
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Monitor and address any issues related to staff performance or customer experience
