This opportunity is for a full-time, on-site General Manager position at the Giordano's location in the Mall of America. In this pivotal role, the General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant's day-to-day operations. This includes leading and managing the team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale, ensuring all guests receive exceptional service, and enforcing compliance with corporate policies and restaurant procedures. The role demands a hands-on leadership approach with an emphasis on operational excellence, including labor scheduling, cost control, and inventory management.
