Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or fast-paced hospitality environment
- strong knowledge of coffee service operations, drink preparation, and guest experience standards
- demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams
- comfortable managing labor goals, scheduling, and inventory
- excellent communicator with the ability to stay calm, clear, and effective under pressure
- passionate about creating a positive team culture and growing others

Job Duties
- Lead all store operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- provide clear, ongoing feedback to team members to promote growth, accountability, and performance
- interview, onboard, and train new staff in alignment with company values and standards
- write and maintain employee schedules while managing labor goals and shift coverage needs
- oversee inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction practices
- maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
- drive team performance by reviewing guest feedback, quality audits, and service metrics
- communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and staff to ensure alignment and clarity
