Job Qualifications
- General job duties for all store team members
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Experience stocking ingredients and managing inventory
- Skill in preparing products and processing telephone orders
- Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Capability to clean equipment and facility daily
- Orientation and training on the job
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Math skills including adding subtracting multiplying and dividing accurately
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Eye-hand coordination and motor skills to perform tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer keyboard or touch screen use
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of store operations during your shift including cost controls inventory cash control and customer relations
- Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time and expect the same from your team
- Ensure proper staffing complete paperwork and maintain store cleanliness
- Oversee food management work to a schedule maintain a perfect image and adhere to company standards
- Provide great customer service uphold attendance and punctuality standards
- Execute marketing strategies to promote store profitability
- Monitor and manage cash controls and inventory counts
