Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the team in accordance with the organization’s culture
- Ensure adherence to service standards, training protocols, and performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and food safety in all areas of the department
- Mentor and develop management team members to foster their growth as leaders
- Communicate divisional initiatives and vision effectively to the team
- Manage administrative and financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and payroll
- Coordinate management and team meetings to align on goals and strategies
- Uphold The Breakers standards and policies in all operational aspects of the restaurant
