Job Requirements

  • Education level relevant to hospitality or business management preferred
  • Prior experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain operational standards and drive customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the team in accordance with the organization’s culture
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, training protocols, and performance metrics
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and food safety in all areas of the department
  • Mentor and develop management team members to foster their growth as leaders
  • Communicate divisional initiatives and vision effectively to the team
  • Manage administrative and financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and payroll
  • Coordinate management and team meetings to align on goals and strategies
  • Uphold The Breakers standards and policies in all operational aspects of the restaurant
