Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant general management experience
  • Proven leadership and team retention skills
  • Strong financial management with P&L experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily cafe operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to boost revenue and profitability
  • Manage labor, food, and controllable costs to meet budget goals
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and build community relationships
  • Inspire your team by modeling excellence in service and accountability
  • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and create pathways for growth
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to build a strong, cohesive team
