- 3+ years of relevant food service, hospitality or retail experience
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train, develop, and support team members effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
- Set clear expectations and coach your team with generosity and consistency
- Deliver hospitality rooted in curiosity and care
- Use data and insights to drive results in sales, labor, and guest experience
- Navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and support team growth with clarity and compassion
- Strengthen community relationships and represent Salt & Straw thoughtfully
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shop success and sustainability
