Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a manager or similar role in the food service industry
  • Proficiency in Toast POS Toast Payroll and Margin Edge
  • Strong knowledge of catering banquet coffee culinary food handling food preparation restaurant operations and food production
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant metrics
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to commute to Baltimore MD 21202
  • Ability to relocate to Baltimore MD 21202 before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant metrics
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ServSafe preferred
  • TIPS preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff supervision inventory management and customer service
  • Manage POS system CRM system weekly scheduling and best pricing practices
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and other business partners
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional service
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and timely
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
