Job Duties
- manage daily operations of Beans & Brews location
- lead and train store staff including baristas, shift leaders, and assistant managers
- enforce and uphold Beans & Brews operations and policies
- maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- promote a positive and professional store environment
- conduct regular assessments and training to ensure compliance with company standards
- represent Beans & Brews professionally within the local community
