Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years' experience in hotel operations or food and beverage management
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- knowledge of employment laws
- ability to work under pressure

- ability to lead and participate in team meetings
- willingness to travel occasionally
- regular attendance
- physical ability to sit, stand, walk and lift 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hotel management or related business field preferred
- minimum 3 years' experience in rooms and/or food and beverage functions
- strong business communication skills verbal and written
- strong presentation skills and ability to lead team at leadership and hourly level
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- proven record of commitment and professionalism in a 24/7 operation

Job Duties
