Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership presence and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in restaurant management software
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a large QSR or casual dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff scheduling and deployment

Job Duties
- Manage opening and closing procedures to prepare the restaurant for business
- Ensure all shifts are covered by deploying staff and preparing schedules
- Coach and support restaurant staff to meet business objectives
- Conduct interviews, make hiring and termination decisions, promote and advance employees
- Maintain compliance with onboarding and training processes
- Monitor financial and operational reports to assign resources appropriately
- Recognize and motivate staff through employee engagement initiatives
