Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience with proven P&L management
- 5-7 years overall restaurant experience in QSR or Casual Dine settings
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- strong delegation and problem-solving skills
- willingness to work varied and rotating schedules including day, evening, and weekend shifts
- adherence to health and safety regulations including COVID-19 protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years restaurant experience including at least 3 years in management roles
- proven track record of P&L responsibility and team management
- knowledge of QSR and Casual Dine operations
- ability to analyze financial reports and operational data
- strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with HMSHost policies and brand standards
- demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive workplace
- capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Open and close restaurant to prepare for business
- deploy staff and manage schedules to maximize profitability
- conduct hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
- ensure compliance with company policies and diversity initiatives
- monitor financial and operational reports to meet unit goals
- oversee product ordering and inventory management
- maintain restaurant equipment and coordinate repairs
- conduct training and development of staff
- manage customer and associate relations and resolve issues
- implement brand standards and promotional activities
- maintain health and safety standards and protocols
