Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving business results, driving sales growth, and managing profitability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
