Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management including leadership roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving business results driving sales growth and managing profitability
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
