Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience working in hotel or multi-outlet environments preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor, inventory, and cost control practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel, POS systems, and scheduling software
  • Food Safety Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days

  • 3+ years of experience in food & beverage management or similar role
  • Experience in hotel or multi-outlet environments preferred

  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced, small-team setting
  • Solid understanding of labor, inventory, and cost controls
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic systems (Excel, POS, scheduling tools)
  • Food Safety Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Job Duties

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness across all outlets
  • Actively manage the floor during service, supporting staff and ensuring smooth execution during peak periods
  • Implement and maintain service standards, including steps of service, timing, and guest interaction expectations
  • Troubleshoot real-time operational issues such as staffing gaps, service delays, inventory shortages
  • Lead onboarding and hands-on training for all staff, including service standards and POS systems
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide coaching to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Enforce company policies, timekeeping procedures, and attendance standards consistently
  • Assist in building a cross-trained team capable of working across restaurant, bar, and café operations
  • Create weekly schedules based on sales forecasts and labor targets
  • Monitor daily labor costs and adjust staffing in real time to meet budget goals
  • Track key metrics including sales, labor %, and average check, and report trends to leadership
  • Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timecards and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances
  • Manage ordering cycles and vendor relationships to maintain appropriate par levels
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency
  • Personally engage with guests to build relationships and drive repeat business
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure service recovery is completed to standard
  • Ensure the physical space (cleanliness, ambiance, music, lighting) aligns with brand expectations
  • Assist in developing and refining SOPs for service, training, and daily operations
  • Help implement systems for scheduling, inventory tracking, and performance management
  • Support opening-related tasks such as staff ramp-up, training schedules, and operational setup
  • Ensure adherence to local Atlanta health department regulations and food safety standards
  • Maintain proper documentation for certifications, training, and workplace compliance
  • Enforce safe food handling and sanitation practices across all outlets
