The General Manager role is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $62,000 per year plus potential performance-based bonuses. The General Manager will play a crucial leadership role overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding corporate standards. As a supervisory leader, the General Manager will be responsible for hiring and training staff, organizing shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and enforcing workplace policies including handling employee discipline and terminations as necessary. Furthermore, the General Manager will oversee inventory management, cost control including monitoring food and labor expenses, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene practices. The role demands strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer concerns and uphold an enjoyable dining experience. The manager will also monitor sales and cash handling to safeguard company assets and prepare detailed operational reports for upper management.

The position requires availability for more than 50 hours per week and flexibility to work opening, mid, and closing shifts primarily from Thursday through Sunday, with one day off per week generally falling Monday to Wednesday unless otherwise approved. Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods and the occasional lifting of up to 25 to 30 pounds. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 plus years of general management or assistant management experience with Domino's Pizza
  • Successful completion of corporate training program
  • Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Must be able to lift to 25 - 30 pounds at times

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversees food preparation ensuring compliance with health safety food handling and hygiene standards
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
  • Handles customer complaints resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
  • Monitor food and labor costs watches for wasteful practices
  • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor sales and tracks cash shortages
  • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by upper management
  • Maintain appearance of the staff and building
  • Performs other duties as assigned
