Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a full-service hotel with $20 million+ revenue and 250+ rooms
- Strong background in financial management and sales leadership
- Proven track record of top-line revenue growth
- Ability to build successful ownership relationships
- Passion for developing service-oriented cultures and high-performing teams
- Local market experience preferred
- Hilton brand experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel General Manager managing a full-service property with revenue exceeding $20 million and 250+ rooms
- Strong commercial acumen in financial management, revenue optimization, and sales leadership
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
- Demonstrated capability to manage and sustain ownership relationships
- Preferred local market experience
- Hilton brand experience
Job Duties
- Motivate and lead a skilled hospitality team
- Act as the primary liaison between hotel owners, corporate partners, and the hotel
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote collaborative growth
- Drive top-line revenue growth and optimize financial performance
- Build and maintain positive ownership relationships
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement
- Oversee hotel operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
