Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience (assistant general manager or general manager preferred)
- Experience with Hilton brand preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives for improvement
