Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel management software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience (assistant general manager or general manager preferred)
  • Experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction scores
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with brand, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives for improvement
