Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Ensure financial integrity of P&L statements
- Oversee POS and security systems
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Communicate positively with team and guests
- Handle guest reviews and sentiment
- Counsel and coach team members
- Take responsible action in disciplinary and problem-solving situations
- Conduct staff evaluations
- Lead shifts and develop managers
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free workplace
- Train and motivate team
- Follow training program requirements
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
- Close shifts at least once per week
- Address health and inspection issues promptly
- Protect company assets
- Conduct interviews and hiring
- Ensure legal and policy compliance
- Possess knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Obtain or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to handle disciplinary actions professionally
- Familiarity with OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
- Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to read and write English proficiently
Job Duties
- Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Ensure the financial integrity of all P&L statements by adhering to control processes
- Oversee the integrity and operational functionality of POS and security systems
- Work directly with vendors to maintain restaurant equipment in satisfactory condition
- Maintain safe working conditions as required by OSHA and regulatory bodies
- Communicate with leaders, team members, and guests to promote positive feedback and team morale
- Respond to guest reviews and uphold guest sentiment
- Proactively engage with guests
- Regularly counsel and coach team members and liaise with Human Resources on investigations
- Take quick and responsible action in problem-solving and disciplinary issues
- Evaluate staff using formal evaluations
- Lead shifts effectively and develop Operations Managers and MITs
- Ensure maintenance of a safe and harassment-free workplace
- Train, develop, and motivate team members and leaders
- Follow training program guidelines and ensure team members pass training requirements
- Assist in payroll and administrative tasks
- Prepare and implement work schedules
- Close shifts at least once per week
- Address health or internal inspection violations promptly
- Safeguard company assets
- Interview and hire applicants
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- Have knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
- Obtain Food Handlers Certification and follow OSHA and HACCP standards
