Job Duties

  • Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Ensure the financial integrity of all P&L statements by adhering to control processes
  • Oversee the integrity and operational functionality of POS and security systems
  • Work directly with vendors to maintain restaurant equipment in satisfactory condition
  • Maintain safe working conditions as required by OSHA and regulatory bodies
  • Communicate with leaders, team members, and guests to promote positive feedback and team morale
  • Respond to guest reviews and uphold guest sentiment
  • Proactively engage with guests
  • Regularly counsel and coach team members and liaise with Human Resources on investigations
  • Take quick and responsible action in problem-solving and disciplinary issues
  • Evaluate staff using formal evaluations
  • Lead shifts effectively and develop Operations Managers and MITs
  • Ensure maintenance of a safe and harassment-free workplace
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members and leaders
  • Follow training program guidelines and ensure team members pass training requirements
  • Assist in payroll and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and implement work schedules
  • Close shifts at least once per week
  • Address health or internal inspection violations promptly
  • Safeguard company assets
  • Interview and hire applicants
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
  • Have knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
  • Obtain Food Handlers Certification and follow OSHA and HACCP standards
