Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform all restaurant job duties including pizza delivery
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
- Bilingual in certain markets is preferred
- Employment contingent on background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience
- Stable employment history
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficient in basic accounting and cash management
- Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Manage all functions of the Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service
- Build and maintain a system of quality with team members
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
- Recruit, orient, train, and develop customer-focused team members
- Enforce uniform, appearance, and performance standards
- Manage sales and profit goals against budget and prior performance
- Oversee inventory management and restaurant maintenance, ensuring safety and security standards are met
