Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Lead coach and develop a strong management and hourly team
  • Maintain high standards of guest service food quality and hospitality
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to support operational needs
  • Monitor and control sales performance labor costs and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and company policies
  • Foster a positive respectful and team-focused work environment
  • Address guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotions events and community engagement
  • Ensure cleanliness organization and operational readiness throughout the restaurant
