- Previous experience as a general manager assistant general manager or restaurant manager
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations

- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Lead coach and develop a strong management and hourly team
- Maintain high standards of guest service food quality and hospitality
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to support operational needs
- Monitor and control sales performance labor costs and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and company policies
- Foster a positive respectful and team-focused work environment
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with leadership on promotions events and community engagement
- Ensure cleanliness organization and operational readiness throughout the restaurant
