Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years hotel General Manager experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience in revenue management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Experience with hotel management systems
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hotel General Manager experience
- Strong understanding of hotel financials and revenue management
- Proven leadership skills with team motivation and development
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Hilton systems such as OnQ and GRO is a plus
- Background in hospitality management and guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Drive revenue performance focused on RevPAR index
- Manage labor costs and payroll within budget
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and pass QA inspections
- Maintain strong guest, vendor, and corporate relationships
- Lead sales and community engagement efforts to maximize occupancy
