This position is for a General Manager role at the Homewood Suites by Hilton located in Shreveport, Louisiana. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance with a strong emphasis on RevPAR index growth. The role requires managing labor costs, maintaining payroll budgets, and recruiting and developing a high-performing team aligned with Hilton brand standards and GAP Hotels' expectations. You will be responsible for leading various hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth coordination and excellence across all services. Job Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years hotel General Manager experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience in revenue management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
