Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years hotel General Manager experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience in revenue management
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Experience with hotel management systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hotel General Manager experience
  • Strong understanding of hotel financials and revenue management
  • Proven leadership skills with team motivation and development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Hilton systems such as OnQ and GRO is a plus
  • Background in hospitality management and guest services
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive revenue performance focused on RevPAR index
  • Manage labor costs and payroll within budget
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and pass QA inspections
  • Maintain strong guest, vendor, and corporate relationships
  • Lead sales and community engagement efforts to maximize occupancy
