- Completion of all managerial training zones through RGM level within 90 days
- ServSafe certification obtained within 90 days
- Positive attitude paired with reliability
- Passion for leading, encouraging, and growing your team
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, energetic setting
- Genuine drive for hard work and celebrating success

Job Duties
- Work 50 hours per week
- Flexibility for open, mid, and closing shifts as per business needs
- Availability to work at any of our 12 CTI Restaurants locations
- Recruit and train an incredible team
- Manage profit and loss effectively
- Drive sales growth
- Adhere to all brand standards
- Foster staff development and promotions
- Build a culture that is exciting and rewarding
